Returns & Exchanges

At Myrqvist, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your handcrafted footwear. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the shoes in their original dust bags and box, ensuring the protective film on the leather soles is undamaged, and include the printed return form.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal request to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
